Park Plaza, Ludhiana

I had an exceptional stay at Park Plaza Ludhiana! The hotel itself is well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. However, what truly made my experience outstanding was the exceptional service provided by Vishakha, the Guest Relation Associate. From the moment I checked in, Vishakha went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with any requests or questions I had. Her warm and professional demeanor made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Vishakha's attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service is truly commendable. She is a credit to the hotel and a key reason why I would recommend Park Plaza Ludhiana to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Vishakha, for making my stay so memorable. Wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. We'll definitely be back! The rooms were clean and tidy The staff were super helpful and very professional in their behavior, The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety like english, north indian south indian
